We as teachers of Kothari International school did not sit back or took a moment of relaxation. We immediately started our training sessions to be abreast with the current situation.

Management organized different sessions to use different platforms,

applications to the optimum level. Moreover, continuous efforts were made by the management and the teachers to support the school system to make a smooth transition to the virtual world.

Upskilling and motivating teachers, organizing counseling sessions such as teachers, parents, and students are some of the important measures taken by the administration in the recent past. We as a teacher of KIS also assisted each other by sprucing each other in learning new tools and applications. Making a continuous effort to provide customized teaching-learning material suitable for online classes is another way of facilitating the schooling of children.

Our school focused not only on using digital platforms for academics but also extends to learning extracurricular activities for students.

Our teachers used different online tools such as videos, PDFs, podcasts, Edpuzzel, Quizizz, Nearpod, Google expedition, ARLOOPA, etc. tools as part of their lesson plans. By extending the lesson plan beyond traditional textbooks to include online resources, teachers are able to become more efficient educators.

I believe that the integration of information technology in education will be further accelerated and that online education will eventually become an integral component of school education.
